RESERVATION POLICY

To establish a reservation, you must pay
the full rental amount and the
security deposit required in advance.
Payment of the rent and deposit
confirms the reservation. We have a no
cancellation or refund policy. All items
are charged for the time out and/or time
held under reservation whether
used or not. Since Ray Rents would would
setting aside an item or items for the person(s)
reserving, no other customers are allowed
to rent those item(s).
Therefore, cancellations are not accepted.
Please be certain that the items reserved are
truly the items actually needed for the
 day you require prior to reserving.

Responsibility for equipment remains with
the renter which is named on the contract
from the time of receipt to the
time of return. You will be charged for
missing, broken, rain damaged and/or
uncleaned equipment.

Items that are sent out in boxes and/or any
type of container must be returned in that
same container. Missing containers are
subject to a charge.

Delivery and pick-up available for a
nominal fee. This fee depends on the over
all size and distance of the delivery. This
fee does not include set up or take down.
This fee only applies to delivery to a
specified location. Any other services must
be discussed prior to delivery.
