[   ] Make Church, Hotel or Outdoor Wedding location
      arrangements.
[   ] Choose Wedding Photographer.
[   ] Reserve Professional Videographer.
[   ] Make Reception Reservations.
[   ] Draw Up a Guest List.
[   ] Reserve Limousine.
[   ] Obtain Floral Estimates.
[   ] Obtain Rental Equipment Estimates.
[   ] Obtain Catering Estimates.
[   ] Obtain Musical Performers and Entertainment Estimates.
[   ] Invite Attendants.
[   ] Discuss Honeymoon Options and New Home with
      fiancée.
[   ] Select Wedding Gown - Start Discussing Bridesmaids
      Gowns.
[   ] Begin to Shop for Trousseau. (The possessions, such as clothing
      and linens that a bride assembles for her marriage.)
[   ] Have Engagement Portrait Taken.

                              3 Months Before Wedding
[   ] Order Invitations.
[   ] Plan Receptions.
[   ] Plan Wedding and Receptions Music.
[   ] Choose Florist.
[   ] Mothers Choose Gowns.
[   ] Men Choose Attire.
[   ] Begin to choose Verse Passages if you plan to write your
       own vows.

                                2 Months before Wedding
[   ] Marriage License Information - Apply
[   ] Plan to keep Gift Record.
[   ] Acknowledge Gifts as they arrive.
[   ] Finish Invitations.
[   ] Plan Rehearsal Dinner.
[   ] Select Attendant's Gifts
[   ] Check all Services

[   ] Go over Wedding Ceremony Details with Wedding Party

[   ] Bridal Portrait Sitting

              1 Month before Wedding
[   ] Verify Marriage License
[   ] Select rings
[   ] Attend Showers
[   ] Mail Invitations
[   ] Check Men's wedding Party Apparel
[   ] Arrange for Housing and Accommodations for
       Out-of-Town Guests.

             2 Weeks Before Wedding
[   ] Make Final Check on Bridal Party Apparel
[   ] Make Final Check on Catering, Music, & Facilities
[   ] Notify Hometown Newspapers of both towns of the Bride
       and of the Groom and the Newspaper of the town in
       which Ceremony is to take place (If different). Send
       in your Engagement Portrait.
[   ] Make Logistical Traffic & Parking Arrangements at all
       facilities if the facility does not provide traffic
       arrangements or services.
[   ] Arrange Name Changes - Courthouse
[   ] Verify that Time and Date for Minister is valid and
       understood.

                5 -7 Days Before Wedding
[   ] Wrap Groom's & Attendant's Gifts
[   ] Give Last Minute Guest List and Changes to Caterer.
[   ] Confirm Musician arrangements & check musical
       selections to be performed.
[   ] Remind Rehearsal Dinner Guests of Time and Location.
[   ] Begin Gift Display.
[   ] Continue to acknowledge gifts as they are received.
[   ] Final instructions to video company.

              1 Day Before Wedding
[   ] Have Hair Styled
[   ] Give Ushers Guest List
[   ] Attend Wedding Rehearsal and Dinner
